Jericho is an incredibly friendly individual, even if he is a bit confused most of the time. He's very dependable, and will do most any task you set him to, even if you aren't one of the higher ups of the Ministry.

Illness's: I don't think this is really an illness, but whatever. With his rank of A1 in the Ministry, comes a kind of almost brain washing. He doesn't remember any of his life before his promotion, and when he goes to sleep at night, he forgets everything that happened the previous day (like the girl from 50 First Dates).

History: Jericho entered the Ministry with the rank of C5. Within four years, he quickly scaled to the A2 position. He knew what happened to the A1s, and went out of his way to be average, and not exceed the expectations of the higher ups. He held this position for about a year. During that time, he met the weredragon and rank C4 Enthea. She had been coming into a bar, and he had been going out. They reached for the handle and tried to push or pull the door at the same time. Figuring it was stuck, she let go of the handle just as Jericho gave a sharp tug on it. The door came back at him, smacking him in the face and breaking his nose. Apologizing, Enthea moved to inspect the damage she had done, and ended up poking him in the eye and stepping on his foot at the same time.

How they fell in love after that remains a big question, but needless to say, it happened. However, no one was allowed to mate without permission from the higher ups, and two different species weren't allowed to mate either. ...Neither could a middle rank mate with a high rank. Their only moments of peace became stolen ones in the middle of the night. They started to plan an escape from Celes. However, on the morning of the escape, Enthea was sent off to guard the god Odin without Jerichos knowing. And on that evening, he recieved that dreaded promotion to A1, and completely forgot that Enthea had even existed.
